What You Should Do If You Receive Such Messages
To safeguard yourself, please be extra careful when you receive an unsolicited message or all other forms of communication asking you to provide confidential or personal information. Under no circumstances should you give personal information including full name to third parties SMS, WhatsApp or any other communication platforms unless you have verified the authenticity of such requests. Should you find the caller to be suspicious, please delete and block the caller on the platforms.
How to Verify Authenticity of Message
If you have received a suspicious text message or phone call purportedly from Robert Walters Thailand, please call please call us at +66 (0) 2 344 4800 or email us at bangkok@robertwalters.com to verify the authenticity of the user. Do not respond to them or click on any hyperlink.
In the case of suspicious phone calls, you should request for the caller’s full name and telephone number.
