A leading organization in the technology and infrastructure sector is seeking a Procurement Manager based in Bangkok to drive strategic procurement initiatives and play a pivotal role in shaping procurement strategy for major regional data center projects. In this role, you will lead commercial negotiations and supplier relationships for critical infrastructure, equipment, and services to ensure cost optimization, quality assurance, and compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements. Positioned at the heart of cross-functional collaboration, you will work closely with project management, engineering, finance, legal, and commercial teams to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.

What you'll do:

  • and implement comprehensive procurement strategies and sourcing plans aligned with business objectives and project requirements for regional data center initiatives.
  • Establish robust procurement policies, governance frameworks, and controls to standardize processes, ensure audit readiness, and maintain compliance with corporate policies and regulatory standards.
  • Lead sourcing strategies and commercial evaluations for critical infrastructure, equipment, technology solutions, and professional services to achieve optimal pricing and cost optimization without compromising quality.
  • Oversee the entire supplier selection process from initial evaluation through contract negotiation, award, and ongoing relationship development.
  • Monitor supplier performance against contract compliance and service levels while proactively identifying and mitigating potential supply chain and operational disruptions.
  • Supervise procurement operations across various project sites to ensure schedules align with timelines, while supporting team members in resolving escalations.
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders—including PMO, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Commercial teams—to coordinate budgeting, support procurement activities, and provide insightful executive reporting.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 12–15 years of proven experience in procurement and sourcing, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity overseeing large-scale projects.
  • Demonstrated experience managing procurement for infrastructure, engineering, construction, or technology deployments within multinational environments.
  • Deep expertise in strategic sourcing methodologies, contract management, procurement governance frameworks, and audit readiness.
  • Strong commercial skills and advanced negotiation abilities to secure favourable terms, optimize CAPEX planning, and build lasting supplier partnerships.
  • Proven ability to identify supply chain risks, implement mitigation strategies, and manage multiple project locations simultaneously while resolving escalations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams (PMO, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Commercial, Operations).
  • Fluency in English with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to internal executive teams and international vendors alike.
