Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Delivery Manager to oversee the execution of complex technology and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project delivery activities, and ensuring that project objectives are achieved in accordance with agreed timelines, quality standards, and operational requirements.

This position requires a strong combination of project management expertise, technical infrastructure knowledge, and stakeholder management capabilities. The role involves working with internal technical teams, external service providers, and international stakeholders in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of complex technology infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment between project objectives, schedules, resources, and deliverables.

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and delivery priorities.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, technology vendors, implementation partners, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and delivery constraints, and implement appropriate mitigation and recovery measures.

• Facilitate issue resolution by investigating underlying causes, coordinating technical input, and driving corrective actions.

• Oversee infrastructure implementation activities, including site readiness, equipment deployment, system integration, testing, and operational transition.

• Maintain effective communication across technical and business stakeholders to support timely decisions and consistent project execution.

• Lead project meetings, document key decisions, assign responsibilities, and monitor the completion of agreed actions.

• Prepare project status reports and communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions to management.

• Support coordination across regional teams and project locations, including business travel when required.

Qualifications and Experience

• 8–12 years of experience in project delivery, technology infrastructure, engineering, or related technical environments.

• At least one year of direct experience managing Data Center delivery projects.

• Demonstrated experience delivering complex projects involving multiple vendors, technical disciplines, and geographically distributed teams.

• Practical knowledge of Data Center environments and IT infrastructure, including server systems, networking, and related infrastructure components.

• Experience coordinating infrastructure implementation, testing, commissioning, or operational handover activities.

• Strong capabilities in project planning, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder coordination.

• Experience in large-scale infrastructure, cloud platforms, or hyperscale environments is an advantage.

• Exposure to GPU infrastructure, AI technologies, or other emerging technology environments is desirable.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively with technical specialists, senior management, and international stakeholders.

• Experience working in multinational or cross-cultural environments.

• Professional fluency in Thai and English.

• Based in Bangkok, with flexibility to travel to project sites or regional locations as required.
