SAP Project Manager

A leading organisation in Bangkok is seeking a SAP Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide SAP transformation projects from inception through successful delivery. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with business and IT stakeholders, ensuring every project aligns with strategic business objectives.

You will play a key role in delivering SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, rollout, upgrade, and transformation programmes, driving business process improvements and enabling digital transformation across the organisation.

What you'll do:
• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, rollout, upgrade, enhancement, and transformation projects, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans in partnership with business and IT stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, implementation partners, vendors, and business users throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support SAP S/4HANA implementation and business transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth delivery and adoption.
• Facilitate business requirement gathering, solution design workshops, and process improvement initiatives.
• Proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests while maintaining effective project governance.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements, quality standards, and organisational governance.
• Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), end-user training, deployment, and go-live activities.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and promote best practices in SAP project delivery.

What you bring:
• Proven experience leading SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, rollout, upgrade, or transformation projects within enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP solutions, and end-to-end business processes.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, system integrators, and external vendors.
• Strong project management, planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English, with the ability to engage effectively with business and technical stakeholders at all levels.
