Senior IT Project Manager

What you'll do:
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise system projects, from project initiation, planning, and requirements gathering through implementation, go-live, and post-deployment support.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including project scope, timelines, resource allocation, budgets, risk management, and governance to ensure successful delivery.
• Drive the implementation of enterprise systems, digital transformation initiatives, and AI consulting projects by coordinating cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, technology partners, and external vendors.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for digital innovation and AI adoption, translating business needs into practical technology solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, effective collaboration, and alignment on project objectives and business outcomes.
• Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact and keep projects on schedule.
• Monitor project performance against key milestones, budgets, and deliverables, providing regular progress reports and executive-level status updates.
• Promote continuous improvement by enhancing project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and delivery processes based on lessons learned and industry best practices.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to resolve challenges related to system integration, solution architecture, performance optimization, scalability, and implementation.
• Apply industry-standard project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches, to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
• Provide strategic consulting on enterprise technology, digital transformation, and AI initiatives, helping organizations evaluate, plan, and implement innovative solutions that deliver measurable business value.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, business requirements, and organizational objectives while achieving stakeholder satisfaction.

What you bring:
• A minimum of five years’ proven experience in Project Management, Programme Management Office (PMO), or Business System Analysis roles focused on delivering enterprise technology solutions.
• Demonstrated success managing large-scale software implementation or digital transformation projects within complex organisational environments.
• Previous experience working within the insurance industry is highly desirable and will be regarded as a significant advantage.
• Comprehensive understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles as well as familiarity with various project delivery frameworks.
• Hands-on proficiency with widely used project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms for tracking progress and facilitating collaboration.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills including stakeholder management abilities; adept at building trust-based relationships across business functions and technical domains.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English; able to produce clear documentation for diverse audiences.
• Capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects while prioritising tasks effectively in a dynamic environment characterised by shifting priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), or related discipline is required; professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are considered advantageous.
