What you'll do:
As a Country Project Lead Murex, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating large-scale banking transformation initiatives within Thailand. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve overseeing end-to-end project delivery across multiple functional areas such as Front Office, Back Office, Risk Management, Finance, and IT. - Provide comprehensive oversight for the Markets domain across Front Office, Back Office, Risk, Finance, and IT functions to ensure all activities are aligned with the country’s delivery roadmap and regional milestones.
- Maintain strict schedule alignment for the Markets domain by coordinating release timelines and ensuring all deliverables meet established deadlines.
- Drive effective cross-functional coordination by facilitating planning sessions and execution strategies that bring together diverse teams within the Markets landscape.
- Identify, track, and manage interdependencies between various streams to guarantee cohesive project delivery while proactively resolving any conflicts or overlaps.
- Facilitate clear communication regarding roles, responsibilities, and handoffs throughout the entire Markets delivery lifecycle to promote transparency and accountability.
- Consolidate risks and issues related to the Markets domain at the country level while implementing proactive mitigation plans to address potential challenges early.

- Support bi-monthly Country Program Steering Committee meetings by representing Markets delivery status, highlighting key risks, and discussing dependency impacts as required.

- Coordinate with local vendors supporting the Markets scope to ensure alignment on timelines, issue resolution, and readiness expectations when necessary.
