About the Role

Our client, a leading international organization, is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technology teams in delivering enterprise digital solutions. The role focuses on translating business requirements into actionable product specifications, managing product backlogs, and leveraging AI tools to enhance business analysis and product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Manage and prioritize product backlogs in alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

• Collaborate with product, development, and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.

• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and operational efficiency.

• Leverage AI productivity tools to streamline requirements analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

• Support requirements definition for AI-enabled features, considering quality, accuracy, and responsible AI principles.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a technology-driven environment.

• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process analysis, backlog management, and user story development.

• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Practical experience using AI productivity tools in business analysis workflows.

• Familiarity with AI-enabled solutions or Generative AI is an advantage.
