What you'll do:

As the Head of Enterprise Technology and Digital Transformation, you will lead the organisation's technology strategy and enterprise-wide digital transformation, driving the evolution from a traditional IT operating model to a modern, technology-enabled, data-driven business.
Working closely with executive leadership, you will define the technology vision, shape strategic investment priorities, and deliver large-scale transformation initiatives that create measurable business value. You will oversee enterprise applications, digital platforms, data, AI, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and smart manufacturing technologies, ensuring technology capabilities fully support long-term business objectives.

• Develop and execute an enterprise technology strategy that is fully aligned with organisational goals and priorities, ensuring long-term business growth through digital innovation.
• Define and manage a three-to-five-year technology roadmap that prioritises investments based on business impact, risk management, and return on investment.
• Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives by redesigning end-to-end business processes using technology, automation, and data analytics to improve speed, accuracy, productivity, and user experience.
• Oversee core enterprise applications such as SAP, MES, Power BI, and other platforms while driving system integration and optimising digital workflows.
• Establish robust data governance frameworks and develop strategies for enterprise data management and AI adoption to promote data-driven decision-making throughout the organisation.
• Support smart factory transformation programmes by enhancing manufacturing digitalisation, integrating production data streams, and implementing real-time dashboards for operational performance.
• Define cybersecurity strategies and IT governance policies to ensure business continuity, technology risk management, identity protection, access control, disaster recovery capabilities, and cyber awareness across the company.
• Drive enterprise automation initiatives including low-code/no-code solutions while fostering a culture of continuous digital innovation among teams.
• Build and develop multidisciplinary technology teams by designing future operating models, clarifying roles and responsibilities, establishing capability requirements, succession plans, and nurturing talent.
• Manage strategic technology vendors and external partnerships effectively to accelerate digital transformation efforts while maintaining high standards of service delivery.

What you bring:

• Extensive leadership experience (12–15 years) in Information Technology or Digital Transformation within operationally complex environments such as manufacturing or industrial operations.
• At least five years in senior leadership roles (Senior Manager/Head/Director) with proven ability to develop and execute enterprise-level technology strategies or digital transformation roadmaps.
• Strong business acumen demonstrated by translating technology investments into measurable commercial outcomes while evaluating cost-benefit analyses based on competitive advantage.
• Proven track record leading ERP platforms (preferably SAP), cloud solutions (Microsoft 365/Power Platform), enterprise applications integration projects involving multiple business functions.
• Deep understanding of data architecture principles including data governance frameworks, analytics platforms (Power BI), AI adoption strategies linked to business value creation.
• Experience supporting smart factory transformations through IoT integration, predictive analytics implementation in manufacturing environments or supply chain optimisation initiatives.
• Expertise in cybersecurity strategy development covering identity management/access control/data protection/security monitoring/business continuity/disaster recovery planning/cyber risk reporting.
• Ability to build multidisciplinary teams by designing future operating models/clarifying roles/developing talent/succession planning/establishing performance expectations/career pathways.
• Effective stakeholder management skills demonstrated through executive communication/negotiation with strategic vendors/partnerships/presenting proposals clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Relevant academic qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above in IT/Computer Science/Engineering/Information Systems/Business Administration (postgraduate qualifications advantageous); certifications such as ITIL/COBIT/TOGAF/PMP/Agile/Cloud/Cybersecurity/Data/AI desirable.
