IT Manager Global Platform Operation ( Thai candidate only)
This role will be responsible for IT operations, endpoint management, identity and access governance, IT automation, SaaS administration, and compliance initiatives supporting a remote and hybrid workforce. This position requires a hands-on leader who can balance operational execution with continuous improvement initiatives while partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities
IT Operations & Support
- Manage and scale global IT support operations for remote and hybrid teams across multiple regions.
- Support and maintain enterprise MacOS and Windows environments.
- Define, monitor, and improve IT operational KPIs including SLA adherence, ticket resolution, user satisfaction, and automation effectiveness.
- Improve IT service delivery through automation, self-service capabilities, and knowledge management initiatives.
- Ensure effective escalation management and operational support coverage across regions.
Endpoint & Device Management
- Manage global endpoint management solutions including MDM platforms such as Kandji or equivalent technologies.
- Implement zero-touch device enrollment, endpoint compliance policies, and automated device configurations.
- Oversee IT asset lifecycle management including procurement, assignment, replacement, inventory management, and decommissioning.
- Standardize hardware and device lifecycle processes to support scalability and operational efficiency.
Identity & Access Management
- Manage identity and access management processes using enterprise productivity and identity platforms including Google Workspace.
- Support user lifecycle management including onboarding, offboarding, and access provisioning.
- Implement least-privilege access controls and periodic access reviews.
- Improve automation of provisioning and access governance workflows.
Automation & SaaS Administration
- Design and maintain IT automation workflows for accounts, devices, and enterprise applications.
- Manage SaaS administration, licensing, approvals, and access governance.
- Evaluate and optimize enterprise tooling to improve operational efficiency and reduce redundancy.
Security & Compliance
- Support endpoint security, access security, and data protection initiatives.
- Lead and support IT compliance activities including SOC 2 Type II and internal audit requirements.
- Maintain IT policies, standards, operational procedures, and audit documentation.
- Partner with internal technology and security teams to support enterprise risk management initiatives.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and mentor IT support resources to ensure effective operational delivery and knowledge sharing.
- Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Engineering, HR, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Support IT roadmap initiatives, infrastructure improvements, security projects, and operational enhancements.
- Provide regular updates on operational performance, risks, and ongoing initiatives.
Vendor & Budget Management
- Support IT budget planning and cost optimization initiatives.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, hardware procurement, and SaaS subscriptions.
- Drive operational efficiency and vendor management improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
- Strong experience managing IT operations within SaaS, technology, or fast-paced enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience with MDM platforms such as Kandji or equivalent solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, Apple Business Manager, endpoint management, and SaaS administration.
- Solid experience supporting both MacOS and Windows environments.
- Experience with IT automation, zero-touch deployment, and enterprise support operations.
- Understanding of identity and access management, endpoint security, and access governance best practices.
- Experience supporting compliance initiatives including SOC 2 Type II or similar audit frameworks.
- Familiarity with IT asset management, device lifecycle management, and enterprise tooling administration.
Leadership Experience
- Proven experience leading IT operations, infrastructure, or enterprise support teams.
- Experience supporting regional or global remote teams across multiple time zones.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to balance operational priorities with continuous improvement initiatives.
