Detailed Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on IT Business Partner to drive the successful delivery of enterprise technology initiatives within a leading multinational organization. This role will act as a key bridge between business and IT, ensuring that global strategies are effectively localized and translated into impactful solutions.

Business Partnership & Strategy

• Partner closely with business leaders to understand operational priorities and identify opportunities where technology can drive efficiency and growth
• Translate business requirements into scalable, practical IT solutions aligned with global standards
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing recommendations on system capabilities, improvements, and innovation opportunities

Project Delivery & Execution

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT initiatives, from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation, rollout, and post-go-live support
• Drive execution of global and regional IT programs at the local level, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
• Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and ensure adherence to defined SLAs

Enterprise Systems Ownership

• Take ownership of SAP and enterprise application landscape, ensuring seamless integration across key business functions
• Oversee system performance, identify gaps, and implement continuous improvements
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, and optimization initiatives

Change Management & Adoption

• Drive change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes
• Work closely with users to provide training, guidance, and ongoing support
• Monitor adoption metrics and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, business users, and external vendors
• Facilitate communication between local and regional/global teams
• Ensure alignment across stakeholders to achieve project and business objectives

Continuous Improvement & Performance Tracking

• Analyze system performance and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities
• Ensure solutions are optimized to support business growth, operational efficiency, and customer experience
• Contribute to ongoing digital transformation initiatives within the organization
