What you'll do:

• Demonstrated success managing small teams (typically three to four members) by providing clear guidance, empathetic support, and fostering an inclusive work environment.
• Extensive hands-on experience with modern infrastructure technologies including virtualisation platforms, containerisation tools (e.g., Docker/Kubernetes), and automation frameworks for streamlined operations.
• A stable career history reflecting at least two years’ tenure per position which highlights your dependability and dedication without frequent job changes.
• Proven ability to manage complex vendor relationships encompassing price negotiation, contract management, service quality assessment, and project delivery oversight.
