• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, computer science, data science, information science, economics, accounting, engineering or a related field is required for this position.
• At least 10 years’ broad experience across multiple competency areas such as data warehousing, business intelligence delivery (BI), governance frameworks, architecture design, integration strategies, classification protocols, quality management systems, security controls, privacy regulations (MDM), standards compliance, regulatory adherence and enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Demonstrated knowledge of relevant applications including big data solutions as well as proficiency with industry-standard tools used for managing complex datasets.
• Proven track record in delivering successful outcomes in data management roles combined with leadership experience in information technology systems.
• Strong background in IT fundamentals complemented by business acumen; mathematical expertise is advantageous for interpreting analytics results.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills paired with outstanding organisational abilities; time management proficiency is essential when handling concurrent projects.
• Comprehensive understanding of computer networks including system applications; familiarity with procedural techniques enhances operational efficiency.
