About the Role

Our client, a rapidly growing international technology organization, is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions for enterprise customers.

This is a hands-on engineering role combining software development, system integration, and customer collaboration. You will work directly with clients to understand complex business challenges, develop practical AI-driven solutions, and take ownership of implementations from initial design through production deployment and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with enterprise customers to understand business challenges, operational workflows, and technical requirements.

• Translate complex and ambiguous problems into scalable technical designs and practical implementations.

• Develop and integrate AI-powered agents with existing enterprise systems, APIs, and data workflows.

• Lead end-to-end solution delivery, from problem definition and system design to deployment and ongoing optimization.

• Ensure production solutions meet reliability, performance, and quality expectations.

• Test solutions using real-world data, measure outcomes, and continuously improve performance.

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver effective, high-quality solutions.

• Contribute to technical documentation, reusable tools, and engineering best practices.

• Take ownership of technical challenges while working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or related technical problem-solving roles.

• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including system design and architectural thinking.

• Experience working with system integrations, APIs, and data flows.

• Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions and deliver implementations end to end.

• Comfortable working directly with customers and managing ambiguous requirements.

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Genuine interest in AI technologies and building practical, production-ready AI solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or other customer-facing technical roles.

• Exposure to AI agents, automation, Generative AI, or conversational AI systems.

• Experience deploying, monitoring, and improving production applications.
