This role offers the opportunity to build a new market, drive strategic growth initiatives, and work closely with regional leadership in an entrepreneurial and high-growth environment. You will take ownership of business development, lead enterprise customer engagement, and collaborate with strategic partners to accelerate cloud adoption and digital transformation across Thailand.

What you'll do:

• Develop and execute the Thailand go-to-market strategy to drive sustainable business growth.
• Build strong relationships with enterprise customers and key industry stakeholders.
• Lead new business acquisition and identify growth opportunities across industries such as manufacturing, financial services, retail, and enterprise sectors.
• Collaborate closely with AWS and ecosystem partners to deliver impactful cloud transformation solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification to deal closure.
• Build and mentor a high-performing local team as the business expands.
• Represent the organisation at industry events and strengthen the company's brand presence in Thailand.

What you bring:

• Proven track record in enterprise IT sales, cloud services, or technology consulting.
• Experience engaging with C-level executives and driving strategic business discussions.
• Strong business development mindset with the ability to build markets and create opportunities from scratch.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and the AWS ecosystem is highly preferred.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on and results-oriented approach.
• Business-level English and native Thai language skills.
