What you'll do:

As a Technical Lead based in Bangkok, Thailand, you will be entrusted with steering a high-performing engineering team towards delivering a world-class Global SDLC Dashboard. Your day-to-day activities will involve collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable technical plans while overseeing every aspect of platform delivery—from backend data aggregation pipelines to frontend visualisation interfaces. By proactively resolving technical obstacles and designing intuitive onboarding experiences, you will drive adoption across international hubs. Your expertise in integrating DevOps tools, optimising databases for analytics workloads, and applying modern UI/UX standards will be crucial in creating a scalable solution that supports data-driven decision-making at every level. * Oversee the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of the Global SDLC Dashboard platform by guiding engineering teams through each phase of the software development lifecycle.

* Identify complex technical challenges as they arise and provide thoughtful solutions that ensure long-term maintainability and scalability of the platform.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting technical issues across teams while coordinating environment preparation for seamless deployment.
* Design engaging onboarding materials such as quick-start guides, FAQs, and metric explanations with clear milestones to facilitate widespread dashboard adoption among users.
* Contribute innovative ideas that shape future measurement concepts by exploring AI productivity metrics and enhancing developer experience through advanced analytics.
* Drive adoption of DevOps best practices by integrating metrics platforms, ETL processes, API integrations with tools like GitHub and Jira into the dashboard ecosystem.
* Ensure robust database design by optimising relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) for analytics workloads while leveraging NoSQL technologies where appropriate.
* Champion responsive UI/UX principles in frontend development using Angular or similar frameworks to deliver interactive dashboards tailored for diverse user needs.

What you bring:

Your background should demonstrate substantial experience leading engineering teams through complex IT projects—ideally involving dashboard development or large-scale analytics platforms. You bring deep proficiency in backend technologies such as Java/Spring Boot alongside hands-on exposure to DevOps toolchains (CI/CD pipelines/GitOps/cloud platforms). Your strengths include designing efficient relational databases optimised for analytical workloads as well as developing visually compelling frontend interfaces using Angular or comparable frameworks. Familiarity with integrating observability tools like Grafana—and transforming legacy dashboards into bespoke web applications—will set you apart. Experience incorporating AI/ML features into analytics environments is highly desirable. Above all else, your collaborative spirit enables you to mentor others effectively while communicating clearly across multidisciplinary teams. Certifications in cloud or DevOps domains further underscore your commitment to ongoing professional growth.

* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or related field—or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience—with proven track record as a Technical Lead or similar role managing successful IT projects.
* Extensive backend development skills in building data aggregation pipelines, RESTful APIs, and integration services using Java with Spring Boot (core stack), Kotlin, Go or Python.
* Hands-on experience with DevOps metrics platforms (such as Grafana), ETL processes, API integrations with GitHub/Jira/other DevOps tools; strong understanding of CI/CD pipeline design (GitHub Actions/Jenkins/ArgoCD/Kubernetes/Docker).
* Proficiency in relational database design/optimisation using MySQL or PostgreSQL—including data modelling for DevOps metrics (e.g., DORA) and query optimisation for analytics workloads; familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB is advantageous.
* Expertise in modern frontend development using Angular with TypeScript (core stack) or other frameworks such as React/Vue.js; strong command of HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript for building interactive dashboards with responsive UI/UX design principles.
* Ability to analyse existing dashboard solutions and transform them into custom web applications featuring enhanced user experiences tailored for diverse audiences.
* Knowledge of AI/ML technologies—particularly Large Language Models (LLMs) and recommendation systems—with demonstrated ability to integrate AI-powered insights into analytics platforms for improved decision-making capabilities.
* Certifications in AWS/Kubernetes/DevOps/Data Engineering/AI-ML are considered valuable assets but not mandatory for application.
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds while translating complex technical concepts into practical solutions.
