What you'll do:

As the AI Strategy and Transformation Lead based in Bangkok, you will be entrusted with overseeing the entire spectrum of AI activity within the organisation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve maintaining a detailed registry of all ongoing initiatives while operating a CEO dashboard that brings together critical data points for executive review. You will curate quarterly review packs for senior committees and manage the intake process for new projects. By owning group-wide ROI methodologies and applying rigorous measurement techniques to each initiative, you will ensure that every use case delivers real business value. • Curate and present quarterly AI portfolio review packs for executive committees, synthesising complex information into clear communication for senior stakeholders.
• Run the intake process for new AI initiatives so every project is captured from inception, supporting seamless integration into the overall strategy.
• Own and publish group-wide ROI methodologies covering productivity, cost savings, revenue generation, and risk mitigation to demonstrate measurable outcomes.
• Apply pre- and post-measurement techniques to each use case passing pilot gates, ensuring accurate assessment of business impact.
• Operate an AI Value Scorecard linked to CEO KPIs; identify lagging or outperforming projects each quarter to inform strategic direction.
• Collaborate with external consultants, HR teams, internal academies, and innovation groups to introduce ready-made AI solutions into business units through inorganic adoption.
• Work alongside Deploy Engineers to embed AI organically into departmental workflows, advocating for sustainable adoption rather than forced implementation.
• Coordinate bi-weekly registry syncs with asset leads and monthly operating councils with strategic capability groups to maintain cadence across teams.

What you bring:

To excel as an AI Strategy and Transformation Lead in Bangkok you will bring extensive experience in strategy development or business transformation gained from large-scale organisations. Your academic background should include engineering or computer science at undergraduate level; postgraduate qualifications such as an MBA are highly valued. You have demonstrated success synthesising complex portfolios into clear communications tailored for senior executives. Your expertise includes designing robust ROI frameworks that capture productivity gains, cost reductions and risk mitigation from technology investments. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related fields is required; a Master’s degree such as an MBA is preferred for broader strategic insight.
• At least ten years’ experience in strategy development, business transformation, management consulting or enterprise programme management within large organisations.
• Proven ability to synthesise complex portfolios involving multiple workstreams into concise executive-ready communications suitable for C-suite audiences.
• Experience designing or applying ROI/value measurement frameworks in corporate settings to demonstrate tangible outcomes from technology investments.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills enabling you to build trustful relationships with executives, business unit leaders, technical teams and external partners alike.
• Solid understanding of core AI concepts including use-case types and enterprise lifecycle management; builder experience is not mandatory but familiarity is essential.
• Ability to act as a Change Agent translating strategic direction into actionable plans at departmental level across diverse teams.
• Preferred: Experience in digital strategy or digital transformation roles within federated or matrixed multinationals; exposure to energy or industrial sectors is advantageous.
