• Design ad-hoc analyses on key business metrics, presenting results in actionable formats that provide management with visibility and support informed decision-making.
• Evaluate existing business processes by anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, analysing solutions, and conducting thorough requirement specification documentation.
• Work closely with business module owners and IT department members to ensure seamless collaboration throughout project lifecycles.
• Ensure that proposed solutions meet both business needs and technical requirements by maintaining open lines of communication between all involved parties.
• Prioritise initiatives based on evolving business needs and requirements, balancing multiple projects while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Co-operate with business module owners and users during user acceptance testing to validate deliverables against expectations.
• Monitor project deliverables diligently, ensuring timely completion while addressing any challenges collaboratively as they arise.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest processes and IT advancements in order to recommend automation or modernisation strategies that benefit the organisation.
