Job Summary

An international technology company is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join its growing team in Bangkok. This is an exciting opportunity to work on enterprise digital solutions within a collaborative, Agile environment, partnering with cross-functional and global teams to deliver innovative software products.

In this role, you will gather and analyse business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and work closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define software solutions that align with business objectives.

• Prepare detailed functional specifications and user stories for development teams.

• Design business process flows, wireframes, and user journey documentation.

• Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams throughout the SDLC.

• Develop test scenarios and support UAT to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

• Investigate production issues and support continuous product improvement.

• Maintain project documentation and ensure requirements remain up to date.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

• At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects.

• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and documentation.

• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Knowledge of REST APIs and API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger.

• Experience with wireframing or prototyping tools is an advantage.

• Understanding of relational databases and system integrations.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong English communication skills.
