Data Architect

We are partnering with a growing organization that is investing in the development of a modern data ecosystem. This is an opportunity for a Data Architect to contribute to the design and development of a scalable data platform.

The role is suited to someone who combines architectural thinking with hands-on data engineering experience and is interested in supporting the evolution of data strategy, governance, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of the organization’s Data Warehouse and overall data architecture
• Define and standardize data models, structures, naming conventions, and multi-layered architecture
• Oversee data flows across the full lifecycle, from source systems to downstream applications and analytics platforms
• Architect and integrate multiple internal and external data sources into a unified, scalable data platform
• Design, build, and optimize robust ETL/ELT pipelines with a strong emphasis on data quality, reliability, and performance
• Establish and enforce Data Governance frameworks, including Data Dictionary and documentation standards
• Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data operations efficiency
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, sustainable data solutions
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and strategic advisory to the data team

Key Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Engineering or Data Architecture, with a proven track record of building Data Warehouses or enterprise data platforms
• Strong hands-on expertise in SQL and ETL/ELT development
• Solid understanding of Data Governance, Data Quality, and Data Security principles
• Demonstrated ability to bridge business requirements with technical solutions in a structured and strategic manner
• Proven capability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, Agile, and greenfield environment
