Sales Manager - Industrial Automation Solutions
Sales Manager – Industrial Automation Solutions We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth across our Industrial Automation portfolio. This role is responsible for developing sales strategies, leading customer engagement, and expanding market share across key industries including manufacturing, infrastructure, utilities, data centers, and process industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience selling industrial automation solutions to end users, system integrators, EPCs, and industrial customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Drive new business development and strengthen relationships with key customers and partners.
- Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, P/L, and commercial negotiations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Strong B2B sales experience in industrial automation, operational technology, industrial solutions, or related industries.
- Good understanding of Industrial Automation, Industrial Software, Digitalization, Industrial Networking, IT/OT integration, or related industrial technology solutions.
- Experience selling technical solutions to industrial customers, manufacturers, system integrators, OEMs, or EPC contractors.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong customer relationship management, business development, and account management skills.
- Excellent commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
