What you'll do:

As Training Manager – Fashion Retail based in Bangkok, you will be entrusted with driving excellence across all aspects of staff development within a prestigious retail environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will see you partnering closely with boutique leaders to identify unique market needs before crafting bespoke training solutions that empower every team member. You will spend considerable time on the shop floor providing hands-on coaching in selling techniques and customer service while also delivering engaging group sessions on seasonal collections. By analysing feedback and performance data, you will continuously refine your approach to maximise impact. Your ability to foster strong relationships across departments—especially HR, Retail Operations, Merchandising, and Regional Teams—will be crucial as you coordinate induction programmes for new hires and ensure seamless integration into both store culture and brand ethos. Through careful budget management and resource planning, you will guarantee that all initiatives are delivered effectively within set parameters.

  • Lead the training team by developing and implementing effective training programmes in partnership with boutique leaders, retail teams, and the Country Manager.
  • Formulate a tailored training action plan that addresses specific market needs while aligning with broader company objectives.
  • Design annual training plans with both long-term vision and mid-term goals, ensuring strategic alignment with business priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with regional colleagues to harmonise training strategies and contribute to the creation or revision of engaging training materials.
  • Propose, manage, and monitor the training budget in accordance with company guidelines, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Deliver corporate retail training sessions and development activities, evaluating their effectiveness through data analysis and feedback mechanisms.
  • Dedicate at least half of your time to in-boutique coaching, supporting staff on performance improvement, selling skills, service techniques, and deepening brand knowledge.
  • Host seasonal collection trainings in partnership with merchandising teams so that all retail staff are fully briefed on new inspirations and collection strategies each season.
  • Organise comprehensive company inductions for both office-based and retail employees, ensuring smooth onboarding experiences for all new joiners.
  • Work collaboratively with HR, Retail Operations, and Boutique Management to manage induction processes for new team members, enriching their integration into the company.
