What you'll do:

As a Senior Retail Manager based in Bangkok, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple retail stores. Your responsibilities will include supervising a large team of beauty advisors, collaborating with store managers to drive sales growth, monitoring performance metrics, developing promotional campaigns, ensuring compliance with regulations, building relationships with key stakeholders, recruiting new talent, championing a positive workplace culture, and responding to customer feedback.
