What you'll do:

As an Assistant Boutique Manager or Boutique Manager based in Phuket, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the boutique’s reputation for excellence. Your days will be filled with opportunities to connect with discerning clients from around the world, guiding them through their purchasing journey while ensuring every aspect of the store runs smoothly. You will be responsible for nurturing long-term client relationships using advanced CRM tools, overseeing inventory accuracy, supporting your team’s growth through training initiatives, and collaborating on creative promotional activities.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high net worth clients by providing attentive service, personalised recommendations, and consistent follow-up through effective client relationship management systems.
