What you'll do:
As Medical Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of a dynamic sales team focused on nutrition and anti-hypertension medicines. Your daily responsibilities will centre around supporting your colleagues’ growth through hands-on coaching while developing robust strategies that drive results nationwide. - Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and motivation to a team comprising two Area Managers and five to six Medical Representatives, fostering an inclusive and supportive culture where everyone can thrive.
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies for nutrition and anti-hypertension medicine products, ensuring effective implementation across all regions in Thailand.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales approaches accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, regulatory affairs, and product management to ensure seamless execution of promotional campaigns.
- Set clear performance objectives for your team members, regularly reviewing progress through constructive feedback sessions and tailored development plans.
- Organise regular training sessions to keep the team updated on product knowledge, compliance requirements, and ethical selling practices.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders such as healthcare professionals, distributors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies to expand the reach of the product portfolio.
- Oversee the preparation of accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to inform senior management decision-making processes.
