As Head of Sales (Retail and E-Commerce), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the commercial direction of the organisation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative sales strategies that span both digital platforms and physical retail locations. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through targeted campaigns and promotions while ensuring operational excellence in e-commerce management.   • Define and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies across multiple e-commerce platforms, retail storefronts, and repair service centres to maximise commercial impact.
  • Drive top-line revenue growth by planning and implementing campaigns, promotions, product launches, and expanding product categories in alignment with market trends.
  • Oversee all aspects of e-commerce operations including pricing strategies, product listings, content management, merchandising decisions, and platform performance optimisation.
  • Lead Go-to-Market planning efforts while executing integrated online–offline marketing activities that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team on Sell-in / Sell-out planning, channel strategy development, and trade promotion initiatives to ensure effective market penetration.
  • Align with retail branch teams and repair centre staff to deliver a seamless customer journey through unified commercial execution across all touchpoints.
  • Analyse sales performance data, monitor market trends, evaluate campaign ROI, and use insights to inform decision-making processes for continuous improvement.
  • Build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders while identifying new business opportunities and additional revenue streams to support organisational growth.

The ideal candidate for the Head of Sales (Retail & E-Commerce) position brings substantial experience from both commercial management roles and hands-on involvement with major e-commerce platforms. Your familiarity with retail operations—especially within electronics or home appliance sectors—will help you navigate category-specific challenges.   • A background in electronics, home appliances or related categories would be advantageous for understanding product offerings and market dynamics.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales growth targets alongside demonstrated team leadership abilities is necessary for success in this role.
  • Strong analytical skills paired with excellent communication capabilities are vital for interpreting data-driven insights and sharing information effectively.
  • A solid understanding of P&L statements as well as marketplace analytics will enable you to make informed decisions that drive profitability.
  • Fluency in Thai language is required; basic English proficiency would be beneficial for broader communication needs.
