What you'll do:

As a Senior Key Account Manager – Beauty Retail based in Bangkok, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of leading beauty brands within major department stores. Your day-to-day responsibilities will centre around building trusted partnerships with key retail clients, developing tailored strategies that drive both sales growth and brand visibility.   • Monitor account performance by analysing sales data, identifying trends, and implementing corrective actions when necessary to meet targets.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and market insights using advanced Excel functions to inform decision-making processes.
  • Manage budgets effectively by tracking spend against plan and ensuring optimal allocation of resources across accounts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to assigned department store accounts, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
