- Proven track record overseeing teams in high-end retail settings; experience conducting staff coaching sessions and delivering effective in-store training programmes is essential.
- Comprehensive knowledge of leather products—understanding materials, craftsmanship techniques, care requirements—as well as broader familiarity with premium accessories markets.
- Excellent communication abilities paired with outstanding interpersonal skills; able to engage warmly with clients from diverse backgrounds while building rapport quickly.
- Experience utilising CRM systems for tracking client preferences, managing after-sales follow-up activities, and driving repeat business through tailored outreach strategies.
- In-depth awareness of current trends within the luxury sector; able to anticipate shifts in consumer demand or adapt approaches accordingly for maximum impact.
