- Design optimal venue layouts that maximise storage efficiency, enhance merchandising displays, and facilitate smooth customer movement throughout the event space.
- Develop comprehensive event timelines, monitor progress against key milestones, and ensure all operational deadlines are consistently met.
- Liaise with vendors, logistics partners, and temporary staffing agencies to secure necessary resources and maintain high standards of service delivery.
- Supervise the setup and dismantling of event spaces, ensuring all operational requirements are fulfilled while upholding brand image and safety protocols.
- Recruit, brief, schedule, and manage temporary staff across various functions such as check-in, cashiers, cloakroom attendants, security personnel, and stock managers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for operational decision-making during events, swiftly resolving any issues while maintaining an outstanding customer experience.
- Prepare detailed post-event reports highlighting successes and areas for improvement to drive ongoing enhancements in operational processes.
