What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end trade marketing and activation projects across key clients and retail channels
- Drive pitches, proposals, and new business development initiatives
- Develop and execute trade strategies and activation plans that deliver ROI
- Oversee campaign execution, including PC/BA deployment and in-store excellence
- Collaborate with clients, brands, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Optimise resources and team performance for maximum efficiency
- Analyse campaign performance and translate insights into actionable improvements
- Coach and develop a team to drive performance and growth
- Ensure strong stakeholder management and clear communication throughout
What You Bring
- 8–10 years’ experience in trade marketing, retail execution, or brand activation (FMCG or agency environment)
- Strong background in trade activation and execution across multiple channels
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate plans into action
- Proven track record in pitching and winning new business
- Strong understanding of shopper behaviour and retail dynamics
- Solid leadership and people management skills
- Confident stakeholder management – able to influence and challenge effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong execution and follow-up discipline
- Fluent in Thai and English
