Lead global growth for one of Thailand's leading food & beverage businesses.
Our client is a well-established food and beverage manufacturer with a strong international presence and ambitious global expansion plans. They are looking for an experienced Head of International Business to lead overseas commercial operations, drive strategic growth, and strengthen distributor partnerships across international markets.
This is a highly visible leadership role with full commercial ownership, offering the opportunity to shape international strategy and deliver sustainable business growth across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall international business strategy and commercial execution across overseas markets.
- Own the international P&L, driving revenue, profitability, and market share growth.
- Develop and execute market expansion strategies, identifying new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, importers, and key business partners worldwide.
- Drive commercial excellence across pricing, portfolio management, route-to-market, and channel strategies.
- Lead annual business planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance reviews.
- Monitor commercial KPIs and implement action plans to accelerate business performance.
- Work closely with Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and Regulatory teams to optimize product portfolios and market execution.
- Lead and develop high-performing international commercial teams while fostering a strong performance-driven culture.
- Ensure business governance, compliance, and commercial best practices across all international markets.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or related fields.
- 12+ years' experience in International Business, Export Sales, Regional Commercial, or General Management within Food, Beverage, FMCG, Consumer Goods, or Consumer Healthcare.
- Proven experience managing international distributors and multi-country businesses.
- Strong commercial leadership with full P&L responsibility.
- Track record of driving international business growth, market expansion, and distributor development.
- Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience across ASEAN and other international markets is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing multicultural teams.
- Fluent in English and Thai.
