A leading premium food and beverage company is seeking a Key Account Supervisor – HORECA & Hotel to support and grow business within the hospitality and food service sector. This position will focus on managing hotel and restaurant accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strong relationships with customers across Thailand.

What You'll Do
Customer & Account Management
- Manage and develop assigned hotel, restaurant, café, and food service accounts
- Build strong relationships with chefs, purchasing teams, restaurant managers, and hotel decision-makers
- Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and support long-term account retention
- Handle customer inquiries and provide tailored business solutions
Business Development
- Identify and approach new business opportunities within the HORECA and hospitality sector
- Expand product penetration and sales volume within existing accounts
- Present new products, promotional campaigns, and value-added solutions to customers
- Monitor customer needs, market developments, and competitor activities
Sales Performance
- Support the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account development plans
- Assist in pricing discussions and commercial negotiations
- Ensure smooth execution of customer orders and account activities
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Procurement, and Finance teams
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure excellent service delivery
- Support collection activities and maintain healthy customer relationships
- Collaborate with Marketing teams on customer promotions and activation programs
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Economics, or related fields
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Key Account Management, HORECA Sales, Hotel Sales, Food Service Sales, or B2B Sales
- Experience working with hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies, or hospitality customers
- Native Japanese Speaker, Japanese Nationality, or Half-Japanese background preferred
- Business-level English communication skills
- Existing network within the hotel, restaurant, or hospitality industry would be advantageous
- Experience in food and beverage, food ingredients, fresh food, frozen food, seafood, or FMCG products is a plus
- Understanding of food service operations and procurement processes
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused mindset
