What You'll Do
Customer & Account Management
- Manage and develop key HORECA accounts to achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets
- Build strong relationships with chefs, purchasing managers, restaurant owners, and hospitality decision-makers
- Conduct regular customer visits, business reviews, and relationship-building activities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term account retention
Business Development
- Identify and acquire new HORECA customers across hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering businesses, and food service operators
- Increase product penetration and sales volume within existing accounts
- Introduce new products, promotions, and value-added solutions to customers
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Sales Performance & Commercial Management
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and account development plans
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements within company guidelines
- Drive profitable growth while maintaining strong customer relationships
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Procurement, and Finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Support collection activities and maintain healthy account receivables
- Collaborate with Marketing teams on customer promotions, activation programs, and business growth initiatives
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Economics, or related fields
- 3–7 years of experience in Key Account Management, HORECA Sales, Food Service Sales, or B2B Sales
- Proven experience working with hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies, or food service operators
- Existing network within the hospitality and food service industry is highly preferred
- Experience selling food ingredients, fresh food, frozen food, seafood, or FMCG products is a strong advantage
- Understanding of food service operations, purchasing processes, and account management best practices
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage strategic accounts and drive long-term business growth
- Fluent in English; additional language capabilities such as French would be advantageous
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
