What you'll do:

As Country Sales Manager – Aviation based in Bangkok, you will play an instrumental role in shaping the commercial direction of the organisation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around driving revenue growth by cultivating meaningful relationships with agencies, corporates, and premium clients while guiding your local sales team towards excellence. You will collaborate extensively with marketing professionals to ensure that all commercial strategies are executed flawlessly.   • Oversee the achievement of revenue targets by implementing effective sales strategies tailored to various customer segments including trade, corporate, leisure, and premium markets.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with agencies, corporate clients, and new premium segment partners to expand business opportunities.
  • Coach, mentor, and support the local sales team to ensure high levels of motivation, skill development, and consistent performance.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing colleagues to align on commercial strategies and ensure successful execution of campaigns that drive growth.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics regularly, analyse booking trends and market conditions to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
