Service Sales Specialist - Industrial Rotating Equipment Industry: Industrial Equipment & Engineering Services Location: Rayong, Thailand We are seeking a highly motivated Service Sales to drive business growth and expand customer relationships across Thailand. This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key customer accounts, and promoting aftermarket service solutions for industrial rotating equipment. The ideal candidate: * Proactive sales professional with strong relationship-building skills and solid commercial acumen * Able to engage effectively with customers at both operational and management levels * Basic understanding of industrial equipment and services is an advantage; no deep technical expertise required (engineering support provided) * Based in Rayong with responsibility for nationwide customer coverage

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow aftermarket service business across Thailand.

  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities within targeted industries.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while expanding engagement with new accounts.

  • Conduct regular customer visits to understand operational challenges, maintenance requirements, and business needs.

  • Act as the primary commercial contact for customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnership development.

  • Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline, tracking opportunities from lead generation through order closure.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering and service teams to develop and present appropriate solutions for customer requirements.

  • Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.

  • Support contract negotiations and ensure successful project handover upon order confirmation.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer developments to identify growth opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity records in the company's CRM system.

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective customer support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, business development, or industrial service sales.

  • Proven ability to develop customer relationships and generate new business opportunities.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Basic understanding of industrial equipment, rotating equipment, maintenance services, or engineering solutions is an advantage.

  • Ability to work independently and manage customers across multiple locations.

  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout Thailand.

  • Good command of English, both spoken and written.

  • Based in or willing to relocate to Rayong.
