What you'll do:
As a Territory Account Manager based in Bangkok, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the organisation’s presence across Thailand’s industrial construction landscape.
- Develop and maintain positive business networks with key stakeholders in data centres, oil & gas, renewable energy, power plants, and mega projects across Thailand.
- Engage directly with existing accounts while continuously identifying prospective customers and new market opportunities within the EPC and industrial construction sectors.
- Understand buying procedures for electrical and bulk items within relevant divisions of EPCs and related contractors to ensure seamless sales processes.
- Identify customers’ top priorities by listening empathetically, uncovering needs and opportunities, and connecting with decision makers, influencers, users, and technical buyers.
- Gain specification position for industrial electrical infrastructure products through a consultative approach that emphasises strategic selling and collaborative problem-solving.
- Work closely with channel partners and internal operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products as well as superior pre- and post-sales customer support.
- Provide quality service relationships for existing accounts while actively soliciting new opportunities within these accounts to drive business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence to inform future strategies.
- Participate in communal knowledge-sharing sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Support organisational goals by contributing positively to team initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Territory Account Manager position brings proven experience from sales roles within Oil & Gas or Industrial Construction environments—particularly those involving bulk materials.
