A fast-growing FMCG company in the fresh agricultural sector is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive growth across both B2B (HoReCa / food service) and B2C (modern trade: Tops, The Mall, Gourmet) channels. This role plays a key part in business expansion, sales strategy, and stakeholder management within a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. Working closely with senior leadership, the position offers strong visibility and potential succession to a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales strategy and execution across B2B (HoReCa, food service) and B2C (modern trade) channels
  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts such as Tops, Gourmet, The Mall
  • Lead sales planning, forecasting, and overall business performance (P&L exposure)
  • Develop Joint Business Plans (JBP) and promotional strategies with retail partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
  • Manage and guide team members (KAMs, PC Supervisor, and support functions)
  • Coordinate with regional and local stakeholders for alignment on strategy
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
  • Ensure execution excellence across channels and customer touchpoints

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in FMCG (Fresh Food / Agriculture preferred)
  • Strong background in Modern Trade + HoReCa (B2C & B2B exposure required)
  • Experience in sales planning, account management, and stakeholder management
  • Strong commercial mindset with exposure to P&L or business strategy
  • Ability to work independently in a startup / building environment
  • Strong network and connections across modern trade and food service channels
  • Well-presented, confident communicator with strong business acumen
  • Energetic, proactive, and able to prioritise effectively
