Senior Technical Service Executive (Beauty &Home)

We are looking for a Senior Technical Sales Executive to join our Beauty & Home division who has more than 6 years of experience in Global/ Regional Key Account Managerment/ Technical Sales within the personal care (body & skin) or home care industries.

What you will do:

Key Account Business Management:

  • Day-to-day business management of global and regional key accounts; collaborate with cross-functional team to ensure best service,
  • Fast response on quality issue handling and delivery issue action plan; forecast accuracy management;
  • Forecast accuracy improvement
  • Quarterly business review with clear dashboard & action plan;
  • Commercial details update with the guidance of regional business leader

Customer Strategy:

  • Build strategic relationships with key customers
  • Developing an OEM strategy (define target and build a growth plan)

Distribution Management:

  • Develop distribution strategy together with global
  • Distribution performance: Define and execute the distributor footprint, in Philippines and possibly Indonesia

Pipeline Management

  • Create, manage and deliver opportunity pipeline in-line with business growth expectations
  • Initiating and delivering growth projects with existing and new customers to ensure profitable conclusion

Solution Selling & Differentiated Customer Experience

  • Deliver a high-touch technical selling experience to new and existing customers to differentiate from competition, providing efficient project management create value added customer-tailored solutions

Commercial Excellence & Strategy Execution

  • Develop key account and country plans by working with ASEAN business manager and regional business leader
  • Global strategic project – drive progress on top 10 direct sell accounts; Gain share from competitors, focus on key segmentation
  • Key customers workshop – drive and manage it effectively with distributors

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or related technical field
  • Experience in a customer-facing Value Selling/Specialties or Technical Service/Sales role in beauty & homecare industry
  • Technical understanding of functional personal care & homecare ingredients, their interaction, manufacturing processes and basic formulation
