Looking for a hands-on individual contributor who thrives in a fast-paced FMCG environment. You’ll manage modern trade accounts, drive promotion planning, sales budgeting, in-store activation, and business reviews end-to-end. Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, sales analysis) are essential. If you have 2–3 years’ Modern Trade FMCG experience and enjoy working with numbers and customers, let’s apply.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute sales and promotion strategies to achieve sales and profit targets
  • Coordinate with Modern Trade customers on activity and promotion planning
  • Prepare sales budgets, forecasts, and S&OP plans in collaboration with management
  • Lead in-store execution, promotions, and store-level improvements
  • Manage and grow customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities
  • Negotiate trade terms, promotions, and commercial agreements
  • Review sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and market trends
  • Conduct regular store visits and prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews
  • Lead and support the Modern Trade team including Sales Admin, BA, and Merchandisers

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Modern Trade as a Key Account Executive or Manager
  • Strong background in Beauty & Wellness / Cosmetics / Skin Care (7‑Eleven, Watsons, Eveandboy, Beautrium)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven leadership and ability to work under pressure
  • High responsibility, adaptability, and collaborative mindset
