We are seeking a Key Account Executive – Modern Trade to support sales growth through effective account management, promotion planning, and strong customer collaboration. This role focuses on driving sales performance, analysing data, and supporting in-store execution while working closely with Modern Trade customers and internal teams.

What you’ll do

  • Coordinate with Modern Trade customers on activity and promotion planning
  • Develop sales budgets and activity plans to achieve sales targets
  • Work closely with internal teams to support in-store activations and promotional activities
  • Monitor sales and distribution performance and take timely actions to drive continuous improvement
  • Conduct regular store visits to identify areas for improvement
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews with customers
  • Evaluate brand marketing campaigns and projects, review business plans and year-to-date sales, and address business challenges with customers
  • Analyse market opportunities, review competitive activities, and assess historical sales data for insights
What you bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Key Account Executive handling Modern Trade
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, sales calculation)
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with TTA, NPD forms, JBP, and sales planning
  • Patient, adaptable, and quick learner
  • Open-minded, flexible, and collaborative team player
