Save job

Exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Manager in Samut Prakan to lead daily operations, including inventory, reconditioning, and shipping. Ensure efficiency, safety, and high service standards while managing and developing a team. Work in a collaborative environment with flexible working options and ongoing training to support your career growth.

What you'll do:

As Warehouse Manager based in Samut Prakarn, you will be entrusted with the comprehensive management of warehouse operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve orchestrating the seamless flow of goods through the facility—ensuring that every item is stored correctly, processed efficiently for reconditioning when necessary, and shipped out on time to meet customer expectations. You will be instrumental in developing your team’s capabilities through hands-on training sessions, regular feedback discussions, and clear performance objectives. By maintaining rigorous standards around safety protocols and inventory accuracy, you will contribute directly to the reliability of supply chain operations. Your ability to resolve issues swiftly—whether related to equipment returns or shipment scheduling—will be key in sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction. In addition to these core tasks, you will also have opportunities to participate in special projects that broaden your experience within the organisation.

  • Oversee all daily warehouse activities by monitoring productivity levels, managing work schedules for shipping, receiving, reconditioning, and storage teams, and ensuring objectives related to efficiency, safety, and quality are consistently met.
  • Maintain strict oversight of equipment returns by ensuring accuracy in compliance with established procedures, prioritising items for reconditioning as needed for scheduled shipments or lease pool targets.
  • Direct trucking and shipping operations by reallocating equipment as necessary to maximise utilisation while minimising freight expenses, coordinating shipments with both internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Lead administrative functions including the development and training of new and existing employees, conducting performance reviews, planning staff development initiatives, and supporting salary administration processes.
  • Inspect materials produced within the warehouse to ensure they meet stringent quality standards; determine optimal spacing requirements for storage while maintaining compliance with palletising and bundling procedures.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy at all times by implementing robust tracking systems and regular audits to minimise discrepancies and maintain high standards of stock control.
  • Coordinate safety and environmental protocols across warehouse and office facilities by ensuring maintenance of equipment, promoting safe working practices, and upholding cleanliness standards throughout the site.
  • Handle disciplinary actions fairly and constructively while fostering a positive work environment that encourages open communication and mutual respect among team members.
  • Liaise directly with customers regarding damaged or unreturned equipment issues by initiating discrepancy resolution processes promptly and recording feedback accurately in designated systems.
  • Undertake additional job-related duties or special projects as required, such as coordinating exports to international operations or supporting cross-functional initiatives.

What you bring:

To excel as Warehouse Manager in this role, you will bring a wealth of practical experience gained from similar positions within manufacturing or distribution sectors. Your background will include not only technical expertise—such as interpreting blueprints or managing mechanical processes—but also highly developed interpersonal skills that enable you to nurture talent within your team. You will be adept at balancing competing demands on your time: from overseeing day-to-day logistics through digital platforms to engaging directly with customers about their specific requirements. Your approach will be methodical yet adaptable; able to maintain rigorous standards around safety compliance while remaining responsive when unexpected challenges arise. Above all else, your commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace culture—where every team member feels valued—will set you apart as an effective leader capable of driving sustained operational success.

  • A college degree or equivalent qualification combined with 6-8 years’ experience in manufacturing or distribution environments is essential for success in this role.
  • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints is required so you can effectively manage technical aspects of warehouse operations.
  • Mechanical aptitude coupled with proficiency in basic mathematical calculations enables you to oversee complex inventory systems confidently.
  • Excellent communication skills are vital for interacting with team members at all levels as well as liaising directly with customers regarding equipment issues or delivery schedules.
  • Strong organisational abilities allow you to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail across all facets of warehouse management.
  • Proven problem-solving skills ensure you can address challenges quickly—whether related to workflow bottlenecks or discrepancies in returned equipment—and implement effective solutions.
  • Advanced PC skills are necessary for utilising warehouse management software systems as well as preparing reports or analysing operational data.
  • The capacity to work effectively under pressure is important given the fast-moving nature of distribution environments where deadlines must be met without compromising quality or safety standards.
  • Sound judgement combined with negotiation skills supports your ability to resolve disputes amicably—be it internally among staff or externally with customers over damaged goods.
  • Willingness to undertake limited travel as required demonstrates flexibility in supporting broader business needs beyond the immediate warehouse setting.
