A leading food manufacturing organization in Nakhon Pathom is hiring a Strategic Planning Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain planning—including demand forecasting, procurement, production scheduling, inventory, warehousing, and distribution—while driving the cross-departmental Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align business goals with operational execution and cost efficiency.

What you'll do:

• Oversee full-spectrum supply chain planning in Nakhon Pathom, covering demand forecasting, procurement, production scheduling, inventory, warehousing, and distribution to align with business objectives.
• Drive the cross-functional Sales & Operations Planning process across Sales, Production, Procurement, Warehouse, and Logistics to balance customer demand with operational capacity and resources.
• Utilize historical data, market trends, and promotional factors to build reliable demand forecasts and translate them into actionable resource, material, and capacity plans.
• Coordinate raw material and packaging procurement based on lead times and supplier constraints, while developing master production schedules that optimize equipment and resource usage.
• Establish optimal stock levels across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods while coordinating with logistics partners to ensure timely distribution and minimize excess inventory.
• Proactively identify supply chain bottlenecks, resolve operational exceptions, and analyze trade-offs between service levels, working capital, and costs to achieve total supply chain optimization.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, Logistics/Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
• 8–10+ years of proven supply chain planning experience (demand forecasting, production scheduling, material/inventory management) in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and align strategies across sales operations, procurement, warehousing, and logistics partners.
• Analytical mindset with experience building automated dashboards and reporting tools from multi-system data to drive decision-making accuracy.
• Deep understanding of market dynamics, trends, and seasonality to adjust demand forecasts proactively.
• Ability to translate demand into actionable supply plans, coordinating procurement, negotiating lead times, and evaluating supplier capacity for uninterrupted material flow.
• Expertise in creating optimized production schedules for continuous manufacturing while managing inventory controls to meet service targets without excess stock.
• Swift problem-solving skills to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and resolve supply chain bottlenecks under pressure.
