A leading global electronics organization in Bangkok is seeking a Supply Planner to drive seamless supply chain operations and materials management across the APAC region. In this collaborative role, you will work closely with cross-functional international teams to support sales and production activities while directly influencing inventory efficiency and customer satisfaction. What you'll do:
- Monitor slow-moving and New Product Introduction (NPI) inventory levels, coordinate stock returns with source plants, and track product transfer activities.
- Provide the Sales team with timely updates on material availability, replenishment timelines, and GMID inquiries to ensure seamless customer service.
- Manage and submit code extension requests (BDR) and SAP master data change requests, ensuring high data integrity and tracking progress through to completion.
- Request air freight quotations from sourcing plants and efficiently process air shipment applications to meet urgent operational needs.
- Track action items from cross-functional meetings (such as pre-SOP sessions) and maintain open communication across the APAC region to support overall supply chain strategy.
What you bring:
- A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) paired with a background in supply chain planning, materials/inventory management, production coordination, or customer service. Experience in contract manufacturing or vendor management is a plus.
- Strong skills in SAP, Excel, and Power BI, or a proven willingness and ability to learn these data-driven tools quickly.
- Fluency in both Thai and English is essential for connecting with local and regional teams, while Chinese language skills are advantageous for broader international engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a gentle yet persuasive style that allows you to influence cross-functional discussions through empathy and problem-solving.
- A process-oriented mindset combined with strong time management skills, ensuring dependability and the ability to consistently deliver results under pressure.
