An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Supply Chain Manager to join a rapidly expanding international organisation based in Bangkok. This role offers you the chance to take ownership of end-to-end supply chain operations, driving both efficiency and sufficiency across all functions. You will play a pivotal part in shaping strategic direction, ensuring seamless integration between supply planning, material management, warehousing, logistics, and procurement.

What you'll do:

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be entrusted with overseeing every facet of the supply chain function within a dynamic manufacturing environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve close collaboration with various departments to ensure that all elements—from planning through procurement—are seamlessly integrated

• Oversee all aspects of supply chain operations including supply planning, material planning, warehouse management, logistics coordination, and procurement processes to ensure optimal performance.
• Develop and implement strategies that drive end-to-end efficiency and sufficiency across the entire supply chain network.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align operational activities with accurate forecasting in order to support business volume targets and growth objectives.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control systems to minimise waste while ensuring product availability meets customer demand.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities within the supply chain by analysing current processes and recommending improvements that enhance value without compromising quality.
• Lead initiatives aimed at improving supplier relationships and negotiating favourable terms that benefit both the organisation and its partners.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards throughout all stages of the supply chain process.

What you bring:

To excel as a Supply Chain Manager in this organisation, you will bring extensive experience gained from leading complex supply chains within manufacturing or related sectors such as automotive or electronics.

• A minimum of 10 years’ proven experience managing supply chains within manufacturing machinery, automotive, electronics data centre ecosystems or HVAC industries is essential for this role.
• Demonstrated expertise in overseeing end-to-end supply chain functions including planning, warehousing, logistics, procurement, and inventory management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable strategies that improve operational outcomes.
• Excellent communication abilities enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams as well as external suppliers and partners.
• A track record of successfully implementing cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or service levels within large-scale organisations.
