As the Global Sales and Operations Planning Manager based in Pathumthani, you will be responsible for orchestrating the entire S&OP process across multiple regions. Your day-to-day activities will centre around facilitating collaborative meetings that bring together commercial, supply chain, and operations teams to align on forecasts and business strategies. By leveraging your expertise in demand planning and cross-cultural communication, you will ensure that all decisions are made with both short-term agility and long-term vision.

• Facilitate and lead Sales and Operations Planning meetings to ensure alignment of decision-making with both immediate business needs and long-term strategic objectives across multiple regions.
• Champion cross-departmental communication to foster shared understanding of business priorities and operational requirements.
• Monitor forecast performance metrics regularly, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to enhance accuracy.
• Support the integration of regional data into global planning processes, ensuring consistency and reliability of information used for decision-making.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members involved in planning activities, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management summarising S&OP outcomes, challenges, and recommendations for future cycles.

What you bring:

To excel as the Global Sales and Operations Planning Manager, you will bring substantial experience managing S&OP processes within large-scale multinational organisations.

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related discipline is required for this position.
• Proven experience leading Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes within multinational companies is essential for success.
• Demonstrated ability to drive demand planning initiatives in consumer goods sectors such as FMCG, packaging or OEM businesses is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English is mandatory for effective communication across international teams.

• Exceptional analytical skills combined with strong business acumen are necessary to interpret complex data sets and inform decision-making
