A leading luxury group in Bangkok is hiring a Procurement Manager, reporting to the SEAP Procurement Associate Director, to shape local sourcing practices and drive business value through cost savings, compliance, risk management, and quality enhancement. Candidates will leverage analytical skills to optimize processes and integrate sustainability within an inclusive, collaborative environment.

What you'll do:

• Reinforce local procurement policies, ensure Procure-to-Pay processes align with corporate and legal requirements, and track performance using KPIs and dashboards.
• Educate internal teams on proper procedures through tailored training and build sourcing strategies for categories like retail fit-outs, marketing, and operational expenses (IT, logistics, supplies).
• Lead end-to-end sourcing projects—from RFPs and supplier evaluations to contract awards and implementation—while consolidating purchasing power to drive cost savings.
• Oversee day-to-day vendor relationships and performance reviews while driving sustainability and rolling out global/regional procurement initiatives locally.

What you bring:

• University degree with 5–8 years of professional experience, including 4–5 years dedicated to procurement.
• Strong background in strategic sourcing and compliance frameworks, with preference for experience in indirect categories or the luxury sector.
• Advanced analytical capabilities, proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, and strong project management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proactive, highly organized multi-tasker with fluent written and spoken Thai and English for effective stakeholder engagement.
