What you'll do:

• Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies that align with business goals and support the expansion of condominium and property projects.
• Establish, refine, and enforce robust SOPs, governance frameworks, and workflows to enhance transparency and efficiency.
• Manage the full procurement lifecycle, from identifying and vetting suppliers to negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance.
• Drive financial performance by analyzing expenditure patterns and implementing effective cost-saving initiatives.
• Build and nurture long-term partnerships, conducting regular performance reviews to ensure service levels meet quality standards.
• Partner closely with internal teams—including project management, finance, and legal—to integrate procurement into broader business operations.
• Balance high-level strategic planning with hands-on tasks, including mentoring team members and adapting quickly to the priorities of a fast-growing company.

What you bring:

• 7–15+ years in procurement, covering end-to-end purchasing, contracting, supplier management, and cost analysis in complex environments.
• Proven background in property development (ideally condominium projects) or the hospitality industry.
• Demonstrated success in designing and implementing procurement processes, including SOPs, governance frameworks, and workflows to improve efficiency.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and a strong track record of rigorous cost control and numerical accuracy.
• Proven ability to build strong, long-term supplier networks and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, from finance and legal to executive leadership.
• Experience working both independently and as a team leader/coach, combined with flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
