What you'll do:

• Develop purchasing strategies aligned with plant objectives, localization goals, and supply continuity.
• Lead sourcing, negotiations, and contracting; monitor performance (quality, delivery, cost) and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with engineering, production, quality, and finance to support product launches, engineering changes, and operational needs.
• Ensure strict adherence to purchasing policies, ethical standards, and quality management systems.
• Coach and develop the purchasing team, set priorities, and provide functional leadership for cross-departmental initiatives.
• Conduct site visits to strengthen relationships and manage supply issues; perform additional duties as required by management.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years in manufacturing/automotive purchasing or supply chain.
• Fluency in Chinese – English – Thai is required for supplier and stakeholder communication.
• Advanced negotiation, analytical, and supplier relationship management skills.
• Strong command of ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 standards is preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for cross-functional and external collaboration.
