This Bangkok-based organisation is hiring a Logistics and Supply Planner to drive end-to-end supply chain operations, including import-export compliance, inventory optimisation, and customer order fulfilment. Working in an inclusive environment, the role involves close cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Finance, and accounting teams to achieve key business objectives.

What you'll do:

• Oversee end-to-end logistics from manufacturing to final delivery, directing 3PL partners, freight forwarders, customs agencies, and distribution centers.
• Optimise stock levels, manage bonded inventory, and align stock replenishment with target sales phasing to prevent out-of-stock situations and minimize slow-moving inventory.
• Ensure accurate customs declarations, duty clearance, and excise duty handling while driving cost savings via Free Trade Agreements (FTA).
• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Operations, and regional teams to synchronise supply and demand plans and consistently meet target customer service levels.
• Support procurement by negotiating, evaluating, and renewing contracts for 3PL providers, customs brokers, and logistics partners to gain cost efficiencies.
• Create and monitor customer orders in EDI systems, handle stock allocation, manage claims processes, issue credit notes, and generate month-end sales reports.
• Work with IT and APAC regional counterparts to execute SIT and UAT testing, ensuring robust stock-in-transit workflows and inventory visibility.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field with fluency in Thai and English, backed by proven experience in high-volume FMCG or Alcohol supply chain management.
• Deep knowledge of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), supply planning, inventory allocation, and end-to-end import-export compliance.
• Skilled in SAP, Oracle, JDE, Salesforce CRM, Power BI, EDI systems, and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) procedures.
• Strong track record managing 3PL logistics, customs brokerage, duty suspended/paid warehouses and optimizing Free Trade Agreement (FTA) savings.
• Proven capability to eliminate out-of-stock incidents, reduce slow-moving stock, and negotiate logistics partner contracts for cost efficiency.
• Experienced in creating EDI customer orders, checking stock availability, handling claims, issuing credit notes, and executing month-end sales reports.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a collaborative, empathetic approach to driving cross-departmental alignment with Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
