Position: Warehouse Logistics Manager Salary: Competitive and based on experience Location: Chonburi Keywords: logistics operations, warehouse management, import/export coordination, process optimisation, team development, customer service focus A leading global organisation is seeking a Warehouse Logistics Manager in Chonburi to oversee and elevate end-to-end warehouse, transport, and import/export operations across Thailand and Southeast Asia. In this pivotal role, you will drive operational excellence by optimising third-party logistics, enhancing process efficiencies, and ensuring strict compliance with service level agreements and internal performance targets.

What you'll do:

• Manage end-to-end warehouse, transport, and import/export operations, ensuring all processes align with short- and long-term company objectives while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement by implementing industry-leading practices and analyzing workflows to enhance efficiency in line with internal benchmarks and customer expectations.
• Oversee and engage proactively with logistics providers (warehouse, freight, and transport) to maximize reliability, monitor service levels, and ensure adherence to contractual KPIs.
• Set clear performance goals for direct teams, fostering a culture of accountability, professional growth, and collaboration.
• Lead logistics initiatives across Thailand and Southeast Asia, working with corporate teams to achieve regional standardization and operational excellence.
• Manage budgets, verify invoices, lead RFQ processes for logistics services, and collaborate with purchasing departments to prepare and implement legally binding contracts and SLAs.
• Define and execute local risk management measures to ensure business continuity and serve as the primary point of contact for all matters regarding warehouse quality, transport, and communication with regional hubs.
• Handle day-to-day requirements, including stock scrapping procedures, supplier evaluations, addressing customer complaints, and maintaining meticulous attention to transactional detail.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven track record in managing third-party logistics (3PL) operations and navigating complex supply chain environments.
• Strong command of SAP systems, with specific experience in WM/IM modules for data management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, guide, and develop teams while fostering a supportive and collaborative environment across diverse groups.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without compromising on accuracy or quality.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication abilities, essential for drafting contracts, stakeholder engagement, and daily regional interaction.
• A detail-oriented and customer-focused perspective, characterised by a commitment to continuous improvement and process optimisation.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust-based relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.
