A leading electronics organisation in Bangkok is hiring a trilingual (Thai, English, and Chinese) Customer Service Representative reporting directly to the APAC team in Singapore. In this role, you will manage end-to-end order processing, coordinate deliveries, and provide high-quality support while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. What you'll do:

• Review and process customer purchase orders in SAP accurately, manage the end-to-end order-to-cash flow, and serve as the key user/point of contact for the SAP Order-to-Cash module.
• Coordinate shipments and delivery instructions while proactively monitoring open orders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Act as the primary customer liaison, handle inquiries in line with sales policies, resolve or escalate complex issues, and build lasting client relationships.
• Partner closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and external warehouses to fulfill order requirements efficiently.
• Finance & Reporting Support: Assist with accounts receivable by following up on outstanding payments and preparing sales reports (e.g., order volume vs. forecast) to inform business decisions.
• Compliance, Process Improvement & Team Support: Adhere to corporate policies, suggest process improvements, and provide backup coverage for teammates to ensure smooth operations.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with at least 3 years of experience in Customer Service or Order Fulfilment.
• Trilingual fluency in Thai, English, and Chinese to communicate effectively across regional markets.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems like SAP (Order-to-Cash) is essential; familiarity with Salesforce is a strong plus.
• A customer-focused, collaborative mindset to work seamlessly with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, external warehouses, and clients.
• High attention to detail for accurate order processing, strong problem-solving capabilities, and analytical skills to prepare sales reports and drive decisions.
• Experience supporting accounts receivable and payment follow-ups, with a commitment to corporate compliance and continuous process improvement.
• Self-motivated, empathetic, and adaptable with a strong focus on teamwork, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing.
